What types of credit card payments do you accept?

Vellioni accepts all major credit cards/debit cards and customers may also pay using PayPal. Here is a list of Valid Payment Methods.

What should I do if my payment method is declined at checkout?

If your payment is declined, it may be due to factors such as incorrect billing details, insufficient funds, or fraud protection measures by your card issuer. Start by reviewing your card information for accuracy. If the issue persists, please contact us at : info@vellioni.com

How will I know my order has been received?

After placing your order, a confirmation page will display your transaction details. You can print this for your records. Additionally, a confirmation email will be sent to the email address provided. When your order ships, you’ll receive further emails with tracking information.

How can I view an order I’ve placed?

Log into your Vellioni account and navigate to your Orders. If you’re unable to locate your order, please contact us at info@vellioni.com for help linking the order to your account.

Shipping & Delivery

Is free shipping available?

Yes, Vellioni offers free standard shipping on all orders.

Are customs taxes covered?

Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. However, this is just a general guideline and may vary depending on the country to which the order was shipped. 

Vellioni is not responsible for any duties/taxes that will be applied to your package. Please check with your local customs agency regarding fees. You can check our Shipping and delivery policy.

How long will it take for my order to arrive?

Delivery time includes both processing and shipping times:

1. Processing Time: 1 to 3 business days (Monday to Friday)

2. Shipping Time:

• Varies by location and shipping method.

5 to 15 business days to USA/UK/CANADA/AUS/EU and  up to 21 business days for the rest of the world.

Why didn’t I receive an email about my order delivery?

Once your order is dispatched, you’ll receive a tracking number via email within 1–3 business days. Please ensure your email address is accurate and check your spam folder if you don’t see the email.

How can I track my package?

Visit the “Order Tracking” section on our website once your tracking number is updated by the courier. Note: Tracking updates may take time due to international shipping and customs clearance processes. Contact Vellioni customer service at info@vellioni.com for help if you encounter any issues.

Can I modify my shipping address?

You can contact Vellioni Customer Service to update your shipping address before the package ships. After shipment, address changes will not be possible.

Returns & Refunds
How do I return a product?

You can return eligible items within 30 days of delivery. Follow these steps to initiate a return:

1. Contact Customer Service: Reach out to Vellioni Customer Service to confirm the return address.

2. Package the Item: Retain all packaging materials and shipping notes. Securely pack the item and include a note with the following details:  

  • Order number 
  • Product ID or name and quantity
  • A brief description of the issue with the product

3. Arrange Pickup: Make the package available for pickup as instructed.

4. Provide Tracking Information: Share the tracking number and a copy of the shipping receipt with Vellioni.

When will I receive my refund?

Refunds are typically processed within one week after we receive and inspect the item. However, due to shipping, inspection, and banking processes, it may take more for the refund to appear on your card.

What should I do if I receive a damaged item?

If your item arrives damaged, please follow these steps:

1.Resolution: After reviewing your case, we will arrange a refund or replacement at no additional cost.

2.Document the Damage: Take clear photos or videos of the damaged item, its packaging, and the shipping label.

3.Contact Us: Email us at info@vellioni.com with your order number and the photos attached.

Warranty & Support
Is there a warranty?

Vellioni offers a one-year warranty for all its watches that covers manufacturer’s defects after the original purchase date from an authorized dealer.

You can also opt for a Lifetime Warranty for a small additional cost for each watch. Basically, if the watch parts or mechanics don’t work properly due to a production error, we will repair or replace your product for free. However, this warranty does not cover any abuse you might put your watch through on your own.

Additionally, it does not cover water damage, normal wear and tear, batteries, accidental glass damage, scratches, strap damage, or theft. Proof of purchase is required for all warranty claims and service requests, so please keep your receipt (order confirmation email). Please note, the Lifetime Warranty option is non-refundable.

How do your coupon promotions work?

To use a Vellioni coupon code, simply enter it during checkout. Once applied, your cart will reflect the discount associated with the code.Please keep in mind:

• They cannot be applied to special orders or previous purchases.

• Coupons cannot be combined with other discounts or markdown pricing.

• Each coupon is limited to one use per customer and is non-transferable.

• Coupons cannot be redeemed for cash or gift certificates.
